Inflammation is not just the swelling when you injure your knee or get a deep scratch.  Inflammation in your body over many years can lead to cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.  This study is investigating whether a common supplement can lower inflammation.

The study is open to healthy men ages 22-55 and women ages 22-50.  Smokers and overweight individuals are also invited to participate.  Incentives for participation include:  $50 in gift cards, a four month supply of the supplements (a $150 value), and lab results at the end of the two month study.
