- The Portion study is designed to test an interactive computer
assessment program to improve the accuracy of self-reported dietary
portion sizes and self-reported physical activity.
- The EASE study is a randomized clinical trial, in asymptomatic,
prostatectomized men with rising prostate specific antigen (PSA)
designed to test if, the span until symptom appearance is favorably
affected by an intensive, vegetable-based diet, plus physical
activity, and mindfulness stress reduction.
- The Brassica study is a randomized trial to study examined the
relation between consumption of Brassica vegetables (e.g., broccoli,
cauliflower), and both oxidation and estrogen metabolites in women
with and without breast cancer.
- The Antioxidant and Health study is a randomized controlled
trial in healthy adults to examine the effect of two formulations of
JuicePlus+ on inflammatory load, oxidation and antioxidant status.
- Genzyme GD3-199-301 is a randomized, parallel, open-label study
in chronic kidney disease patients on hemodialysis to evaluate the
safety and efficacy of a phosphate binder, sevelamer carbonate
powder, compared to sevelamer hydrochloride.
